      How to navigate Lumofy Assessments Library

      Assessments Library

      Click on assessments-outline-1Assessments Library to access the Lumofy Assessments Library which encompasses Lumofy talent assessments and quizzes that are readily available to you.

      1. Search Bar

      To search for any assessment or quiz, click on theitemlibrary-solid copySearch Bar and enter the name of the assessment or quiz you are looking for.

      2. Main Categories

      Use the tabs (All, Talent Assessments, and Quizzes) to filter through assessments and quizzes.

      • All – This tab shows all assessments and quizzes you're enrolled in.

      • Talent Assessments – This tab shows all talents assessments you're enrolled in.

      • Quizzes– This tab shows all Quizzes you're enrolled in.

      3. Talent Assessment or Quiz Page

      To view more information related to a specific assessment or quiz, hover over the assessment or quiz box or click View details to open the Assessment or quiz Page.

      Once you open the assessment or quiz page, you'll be able to:

      1. Preview the assessment/quiz details, the Language, Description, Objectives, Duration, Type, Level, Tags, and Notes.

      2. See available assessment/quiz languages and choose the desired one from the language drop-down menu.

      3. Click on the action button (Start, Resume, or Open) to start or resume the assessment/quiz or to open an assessment/quiz you already completed.

      4. In case you have successfully completed an assessment/quiz, you can click on Open Certificate to preview, print, or download your certificate.Asset 122

      5. Use the Add Note feature where you can add a brief record of points or ideas related to assessment/quiz takeaways as an aid to your memory. To add a new note:

        1. Enter the title of the note.

        2. Choose your preferred color for the note from the available color options.

        3. Enter the note record.

        4. Click Add for the note to be successfully recorded to the Your Notes slider on the right.

        5. Once the note is added, click on map-solid copy 2-1Edit to edit the content of the note. Then click Save to reflect the changes you made or click Discard to cancel the changes.

        6. Click ondocument copy-pngDelete In case you wanted to delete your note.

      6. Preview Related Learning Items where you can swipe right to view all relevant items to the assessment or quiz you are viewing.
