How to get help with Lumofy

  1. To seek support or report any technical issue you are experiencing, click on your avatar Asset 33located in the Lumofy toolbar. Then, click the Contact Support buttonAsset 32
  2. This will bring up a short form on the right side of your screen that you are required to fill out to submit your ticket. You are required to enter the following details:
    • Your Name
    • Email
    • The subject (a short unique title that indicates what your ticket is about)
    • The type of which your request is categorized, to be chosen from a drop-down list
    • The description of your request in detail
    • Attaching a screenshot or uploading a related image file to your request is optional
  3. Finally, click the I’m not a robot checkbox and then the Send button to submit your request. Once received, the Lumofy support team will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible and contact you by your email to let you know the status of your request.
