Navigation Tool Bar
As an administrative user, you will have access to both the Learner Mode and Admin Mode of the platform.
After logging in, you will find on the left of the page the platform's navigation bar, which contains the following features and functionalities:
1. Insights
Track the learning journey's success by having a glimpse of your employee’s progress.
2. Admin
Manage all teams under your supervision and monitor their learning activities.
3. Map
Map core, functional, cross-functional, and subgroup competencies to job roles, teams, and individuals by the drag-and-drop feature.
4. Assess
Access and assign talent assessments to evaluate your employees’ current capabilities.
5. Author
Create static and interactive content to be uploaded on your platform environment.
6. Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
Set and review a roadmap to self-driven personal development goals.
7. Discussion
Communicate effectively with your learners through group discussions.
8. Notifications
View changes, updates, assigned courses, alerts, and more to stay updated with your learning activities.
9. Profile
Update your personal information, choose your preferred password, and change the platform interface or learning material language to (Arabic or English).
Admin Mode VS Learner Mode
To switch between The Admin Mode and the Learner Mode, click on the profile button and then on Learner.
The Admin Mode allows designated users to:
- Map competencies to job roles
- Assign talent assessments
- Access/Assign learning items
- Access/Assign learning paths
- Create and assign Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
- Create and assign quizzes
- Author learning items and paths and schedule live training sessions
- Create training courses using the Authoring tool
- Create and participate in discussion sessions
- View the latest notifications of all activities related to due dates of learning items, learning paths, discussions, and PDPs
- Track the learning progress using the dashboard insights
The Learner Mode allows users to start their learning journey through:
- Viewing and starting the assigned learning items
- Viewing and starting the assigned learning paths
- Creating and completing PDPs
- Attending live training sessions
- Creating and participating in discussions
- Viewing the latest notifications of due dates of learning items, learning paths, discussions, and PDPs.
